Set knob

to the desired mode.

According the cooking mode selected, a pre-set temperature is temporarily displayed (see the

following paragraph for how to modify the temperature).

You can use knob

to turn the oven off. To do so, turn the knob back to the 0 setting.



First use:

• The first time you use your oven, turn it on with nothing in it in a well-aired room.

Use the "fan assisted" cooking mode , set a temperature of 270°C and leave the

oven on for 1 hour.
