Fan assisted cooking

This mode is particularly suitable for cooking identical or different dishes on more than one rack.

Even if the dishes vary in nature, their respective flavours are not mingled during cooking.

To use this mode, all dishes must require the same cooking temperature.

We recommend you pre-heat the oven before placing your dish in it.

Cooking on 2 racks

When cooking is complete, turn

back to "0" to turn the oven off.

The pre-set temperature is displayed for a few seconds: in this case 200°C.

Wait until the oven has pre-heated (a series of beeps will sound) before placing your dish

inside it. To find out if pre-heating is done, turn

temperature is reached and stops flashing and stays on when pre-heating is done.
