3. Glueing of the glass ceramic hob

Inject in the space around the glass, black sili-

cone, avoid air bulbs and remove slightly the

silicone excess.

Spray on the silicone all around the hob, water

mixed with slight liquid soap.

With a rigid rubber spatula or plastic, evenly

moisten with the mixture of water and liquid

soap, remove the excess of silicone to clean

and from time to time moisten the spatula

with water soap mixture.

The glass surface and the working table should

be positioned evenly and should be clean of

any silicone residual. If needed with your mois-

tured finger, you can slightly evenly adjust the

silicone surface.

Before the mastic and the silicone are properly

dried it will take approximately 24 hours to ob-

tain the right resistence and the proper elastici-

ty. During this period, the glass ceramic hob

should not be used, nor should be subject to

mechanical stress.
